Recovery Week before we ramp the intensity up....
Session 1
Activity: 8 x 200m as fast as possible.
1 min recovery between each
Session 2
Activity Target
Deep Squats 20
Squat Thrusts 20
Lunges 20
High Knee Sprints 20 seconds
1minute plank 3 with 1 min recovery between.
Pitch training on Wednesday 7-9pm this week.....and as it's recovery week thats it! We've kept this bank holiday weekend free of fixtures, and training so we can hopefully enjoy some BBQ weather for the end of summer. For those of you that can't get enough, there is still pitch time available on Sundays at Vesey 10-11.30am; EuroCup is on BBC Red button and we have fixtures/ training each weekend in September.
