SCHC is a Social and Competitive Hockey Club that offers something for everyone - whether you aspire to play in the national league with the Ladies 1XI or you have not picked up a stick for many years (or ever) then SCHC is for you.

Club Day on Saturday 1st September is the perfect time to come along and check out the hockey vibe at Sutton Coldfield. The ladies are at Bishop Vesey grammar school from 11am-2pm and the men are at Wyndley leisure centre from 1pm-4pm. Afterwards there is a barbecue for everyone from 4pm at the clubhouse in Rectory Park.

We have three sections:
Ladies – seven teams playing in the Investec Women’s Hockey League Conference North, Midlands Women’s Hockey League and Warwickshire Women’s Hockey League.

Men – eight teams playing in the Midlands Men’s Hockey League and one team in the Badger Divisions.
For the 2018/19 season our men's sides are playing in the following divisions in the new Open League structure:
1XI - Tier 1: Midlands 1
2XI - Tier 2: West Midlands Premier
3XI - Tier 3: South West Premier
4XI - Tier 3: South West 2
5XI - Tier 3: North West 3
6XI - Tier 3: North West 3
7XI - Tier 3: South East 4
8XI - Tier 3: South West 4

Juniors – we have a thriving junior club for children in school years Reception to Year 9, with weekly training sessions for U8s, U10s, U12s & U14s.
