To enter a team, go to https://sutton-coldfield.fantasyclubhockey.co.uk/ and click the 'Create Account' button (if you have already registered click 'Login' - there is a 'Forgot Password' link if you need a nudge).
You will be prompted to enter a password and then taken to the 'Create Team' page.

You have £55m to spend on 11 players - you must select a Goalkeeper and at least 1 defender, 1 midfielder and 1 attacker. Click 'Add Player' under each relevant position.
Everyone earns 5 points for every game they play plus an additional 8 points if they are voted player of the match.
Goalkeepers earn 6 points if they get a clean sheet.
Defenders earn 4 points for a clean sheet and 6 points for each goal they score.
Midfielders earn 2 points for a clean sheet and 4 points for each goal.
Attackers earn 8 points per goal.

Once you have selected 11 players, assuming you haven't overspent your £55m, click 'Next' and enter your team name (please keep it clean and inoffensive!).
Finally, click 'Next' and choose your Captain - this player will earn double points.

You can make one free transfer each week, and change your captain once a week.
Changes made before 10am on a Saturday will count for that weekend's matches.
