Sutton Coldfield Women's first team play in the Vitality Women’s Premier Division 1 and the Super 6s Premier Division, following double promotions last season.

In the 2024/25 season our 2XI-7XI sides are playing in the following divisions in the Midlands Women's Hockey League:
2XI - Midlands Premier Division
3XI - Midlands Division 2 West
4XI - Midlands Division 3 North West
5XI - Midlands Division 4 South Central
6XI - Midlands Division 5 South
7XI - Midlands Division 5 South
